Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately at +49 30 1234 5678. Orders that have not yet been prepared may be canceled without any fees. However, once preparation has begun, we are unable to cancel your order. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Eligible complaints include instances where the food is not up to our normal standards in taste or presentation, errors in the order, or issues with food packaging and safety. Refund Process

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

If you prefer, we can arrange for an exchange of the items you were dissatisfied with instead of a refund. In this case, the replacement will be delivered to you at no additional cost.

Gift Cards

Refunds do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. However, items purchased with a gift card can be refunded in accordance with our standard policy, by crediting the amount back to the gift card.
